“Hospitality and a service orientation are at the heart of what we do. Whether it is internal or external guest service, our goal is to treat people the way they want to be treated and make memories that last a lifetime.”
What can I do on my time off and are there organized activities?
As an employee at Lake Powell Resorts and Marinas you get to work where you want to play. On your days off enjoy relaxing on the beach, playing in the lake, exploring the mystical canyons of Lake Powell and taking advantage of our free employee boat rentals (you only pay for fuel). We are in the center of the Grand Circle at Lake Powell, you are only a few hours away from a list of other National Parks.
At 186 miles long and nearly 2,000 miles of shoreline – longer than the entire west coast of the U.S.A., Lake Powell covers an impressive amount of territory across the American West. There are 96 major canyons, some of which are 15 to 20 miles in length. It’s no wonder Lake Powell is a national recreational destination of choice.
Where can I go shopping or get essential items?
We organize employee trips into the nearby town for shopping needs.
Is there cell phone and internet access?
This is a very remote location, so cell phone and internet service is limited.
Are there appearance guidelines?
We have uniforms available for you depending on your role here. We require all of our team members to maintain a professional appearance, including the practice of good hygiene.
Is housing available and what is it like?
Subsidized shared employee housing and employee meals are available on site. Full hookup employee RV sites are available at nominal cost.
Do you hire international applicants?
We work with CIEE as our J1 visa sponsor for international students. To learn more about opportunities for international students and begin the application process, please click here for the CIEE website.
Where can I get or make food?
We offer low cost meals at employee dining rooms as well as community kitchens for those who prefer to cook for themselves. Additionally, you will enjoy discounts at our general stores and other dining locations in the area.
What is the best way to get to property? What transportation options are there?
Flights are available to Wahweap Marina through Page Airport. Contour Airlines connects through Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, NV. From there, our shuttle service will get you to the property. Due to the remoteness of Bullfrog and Hall’s Crossing Marinas we recommend that you arrive in your own vehicle as there are no public transportation options available.
How can I get in touch with the hiring team?
You can get in touch with us at LPHR@aramark.com.
Does this location require COVID 19 Vaccinations?
Yes, we are committed to work together to create a safe and healthy environment for our team and the customers we serve. In support of these efforts, this location requires all individuals working on site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by 01/18/2022.
See it all with our Lodge & Rafting Package!

North Lake Powell Boat Ramp at Bullfrog Under Construction
Completion Anticipated May 2022
Glen Canyon National Recreation Area is pleased to announce that construction to extend the Bullfrog North boat ramp to reach lower lake levels is beginning this week. The Bullfrog North Ramp is being regraded and permanently extended to the lowest level possible before spring runoff begins. (Spring runoff typically occurs around Easter.)
According to Glen Canyon National Recreation Area Superintendent William Shott, “The park remains committed to providing North Lake Powell motorized boater access and is pleased the Bullfrog North Ramp is being permanently extended as far as possible. We join with all our partners and stakeholders in celebrating this important project. We are grateful for the many people who have an interest in recreation on Lake Powell and thank everyone for your understanding and patience during the drought-induced, unprecedented low water levels in 2021.
For safety reasons, the Bullfrog North boat ramp construction zone will be closed to the public beginning the week of March 7. The construction zone will remain closed until the last concrete pour dries. (The amount of ramp extension that is possible will be dependent on the lowest water level reached before spring runoff begins, as no construction will occur in water. The maximum amount of ramp extension possible at this location would reach a water elevation of 3525 feet.) The use of the ramp will be dependent on lake levels reaching 3525 feet or higher. Information about the status of boat ramps on Lake Powell is available 24/7 at #linkinbio

Glen Canyon National Recreation Area NPS continues to respond to low water conditions on Lake Powell.
• Bullfrog North Ramp Extension Project: This construction contract includes regrading and permanently extending the Bullfrog North Ramp to the lowest level possible, or 3520, until spring runoff begins (typically Easter, April 17, 2022). For safety reasons, the construction zone will be closed to public access when mobilizing and staging begins during the week of March 7. The construction zone will remain closed until the last concrete pour dries. (The amount of extension that is possible will be dependent on the lowest water level reached before spring runoff begins, as no construction will occur in water.) This project is anticipated to be completed May 1, 2022. Use of the ramp will be dependent on lake levels.
• Extending the Legacy Stateline Auxiliary Ramp Continues: On March 1, 2022, Aramark's contractor poured concrete on the middle section and south side of the ramp. During construction, at least one lane will remain open with boiler plate ramp extensions until the project is completed (to target elevation 3490).
• Marina Components Being Moved: To ensure they do not become beached and inaccessible due to low water, park and concessioner staff are moving some marina components this week. Boaters are advised that some components are being moved to the Wahweap area and others, including the Dangling Rope fuel dock, are being moved to the Halls Crossing area.
